All digital resources purchased or downloaded from Happy & Bright Resources are for personal classroom or household use only. You may not resell, share, or distribute these materials in any format (digital or printed) outside of your immediate teaching or family setting.

2. Licensing

Each purchase includes a single-user license. If your school or team needs access for multiple educators, please purchase additional licenses or contact us for a custom quote.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you encounter any issues with your files, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the problem promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our products is the intellectual property of Happy & Bright Resources. This includes but is not limited to designs, graphics, text, product structure, and teaching ideas. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Email & Communication

If you sign up for a freebie or join our mailing list, you agree to receive occasional emails with helpful resources, product updates, and teaching ideas. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email.
